During the first stage, in consultation with the partner, the concept of the entire event is developed, including the theme and the problem to be addressed by the recruited teams. The rules and regulations of the event will be drawn up, specifying the principles and timeframe of the whole initiative. Our team prepares a communication plan together with the development of graphic elements including a logotype of the event or promotional elements so that the event will be noticed by the selected environment to which it is addressed.
The second stage is to start the recruitment and upload on our challenge platform a recruitment task which defines the topic of the event and refers to the main problem that will be solved during the event. Teams wishing to take part in the competition have a set time to submit the recruitment task.
In the selection process individuals and teams who have registered and submitted a recruitment task are verified and their tasks are evaluated. After evaluation, our team selects qualified participants who take part in the further part of the competition. Individual Qualified participants have time to join teams during a networking session held before the event.
Conducting a workshop before the event is designed to prepare participants for the challenge they will face during the competition. Participants have the opportunity to meet some of the mentors and explore the topic in depth. The workshop addresses a specific subject area that is not always so well known, yet necessary to solve the challenge. It can take the form of a QA session led by an expert in the field.
Each event starts with an official opening where the participants get acquainted with the topic and have the opportunity to learn about the rules of the competition and the organisation of the work. Afterwards, the contestants have a set time to complete the task, in the meantime they have the opportunity to sign up for a consultation with mentors in order to consult their idea or refine it. During the event we can provide participants with many attractions depending on the formula whether it is online or offline – meal vouchers, catering, morning exercises, massages, pizza at night and many others. After handing in their reports, the contestants have to present their projects in the form of a 3-6 minute presentation after which the jury evaluates the submitted works. After the jury’s deliberations, the official announcement of the results takes place.
After the competition, the winning team whose projects have been found to be implementable can, with the cooperation of a partner, be implemented by the winning team
