At Kozminski Venture Lab we focus on innovation development
Our acceleration programme invariably enjoys great interest. So far, there have been 4 editions of the programme, which each time attracted dozens of startups. During each edition, participants had the support of a wide range of mentors. In total, 50 experts from various fields worked with us in the acceleration programme. We know how to run a programme to really support the best startup projects and bring them to the market.
Stages
Together with the Partner, we develop the concept for a given edition of the program. We select the sector which the submitted projects are to concern. At this stage, we create regulations for the event and contract templates. We also plan the promotion of the event.
When everything is ready, we announce the recruitment. Prospective participants take part in meetings and workshops which help them increase their chances of getting into the program. A recruitment platform is also launched, where candidates fill in application forms. We invite selected startups to present themselves during the Open Day.
We organize and hold an Open Day/Hackathon, during which previously selected startups present their activity or ideas. The organization of this day includes the concept, proper implementation of the event and its promotion. Based on the presentation, together with the Partner we select startups that will participate in the programme. We agree with them on the conditions of cooperation.
At this stage we move on to individual and workshop work with selected teams. Participants have the opportunity to meet with our mentors and refine their plans. Each team receives a report from us containing a summary of the joint work and tips for the future.

The acceleration program does not end with the last workshop. Participants can count on our support in the implementation of their projects. We monitor this process for the next 3-6 months. We analyze the project status and tasks for the period according to the plan agreed upon during the acceleration.

Have an idea for a startup but don’t know where to start? Are you a budding entrepreneur and stuck with developing your business? Have you launched your business but are struggling to keep it running in a systematic way?
We have a series of workshops, trainings and individual consulting for you. Experienced mentors are waiting to take you under their wing and our community is eager to test your business idea. All you have to do is take part in the recruitment process and convince us that your project is worth supporting.
We are looking for ideas that use modern technologies, are scalable and respond to real problems. We also pay attention to whether the authors of the project have the competencies necessary for its implementation or are able to hire the missing team members.
Stages
Register on our platform where you will get more information about active recruitments for accelerator programmes. Then fill out the form and apply to the programme of your choice.
As a participant selected for the main programme, you will take part in workshops and meetings divided into thematic blocks. You will be guided by an experienced mentor. We will also summarise our work together and share with you our advice for the future. Acceleration lasts 3 months. During this time we will also test your business idea within our community.
After intensive work we organise so called Demo Day. You will receive a plan for the implementation of your project. This is the time of summary and common fun. There are various attractions waiting for you. But that is not all! We prepare you for the presentation in front of the investor. You will show your project to a wider audience and we keep our fingers crossed that thanks to this you will obtain financial support.

Nasz program akceleracyjny cieszy się niezmiennie dużym zainteresowaniem. Do tej pory odbyły się 4 edycje programu, do których za każdym razem zgłosiło się po kilkadziesiąt startupów. Podczas każdej edycji uczestnicy mieli do dyspozycji wsparcie szerokiego grona mentorów. Łącznie w programie akceleracyjnym pracowało z nami 50 ekspertów z różnych dziedzin. Wiemy, jak przeprowadzić program, by realnie wesprzeć najlepsze startupowe projekty i wprowadzić je na rynek.
Etapy
Wspólnie z Partnerem opracowujemy koncepcję danej edycji programu. Wybieramy sektor, którego mają dotyczyć zgłoszone projekty. Na tym etapie tworzymy regulamin wydarzenia i wzory umów. Planujemy też promocję przedsięwzięcia.
Gdy wszystko jest już przygotowane, ogłaszamy rekrutację. Potencjalni uczestnicy biorą udział w spotkaniach i warsztatach, które pomagają im zwiększyć swoje szanse dostania się do programu. Rusza też platforma rekrutacyjna, na której kandydaci wypełniają formularze zgłoszeniowe. Zapraszamy wybrane startupy do zaprezentowania się w czasie Open Day.
