    1. The controller of your personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. (hereinafter: “RODO”), collected through the website kozminskihub.com is Kozminski Business Hub Sp. z o. o., having the address of place of business and address for delivery: ul. Jagiellońska 59, 03-301 Warsaw, NIP: 1132925416, REGON: 36614519500000, electronic mail address (e-mail): info@kozminskihub.com, hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”.
    2. The Administrator shall exercise due diligence in order to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular to ensure that the data it collects are: a) processed lawfully, b) collected for specified and legitimate purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with those purposes, c) factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, and stored in a form that allows identification of data subjects for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
  2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

    1. Users’ personal data collected by the Administrator are used for the purpose of contacting the user and other activities related to the user’s activity on the kozminskihub.com website.
    2. The Administrator processes the following personal data of users: a) name and surname, b) e-mail address.
    3. The Administrator may process the following data characterising the way the user uses the services provided by electronic means (usage data): a) identification of the telecommunication network endpoint or ICT system used by the user, b) information about the beginning, end and scope of each use of the service provided by electronic means by the user, c) information about the use of the services provided by electronic means by the user.
  3. BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

    1. The use of the website, conclusion of agreements on provision of services electronically through the website, which involves the necessity to provide personal data, is entirely voluntary.
    2. The legal basis for processing the User’s data are the consents given by the User.
    3. Processing of personal data by the Administrator always takes place within the framework of the grounds for admissibility of their processing listed in point 2. Data processing shall be related to the performance of an agreement or the necessity to take action before concluding an agreement at the request of the data subject.
    4. The recipients of the User’s personal data are: a) persons authorised by the Administrator to process the data in the performance of their duties; b) entities to whom the Administrator entrusts the performance of activities which require the processing of the data (processors).
    5. User personal data are not transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA), or to international organizations.
    6. User Data is processed by automated means and is subject to profiling for development and statistical purposes, exclusively for the internal needs of the Administrator.
  4. RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF DATA

    1. The User has the right to access the content of their data and, subject to the law, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing.     2. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
    3. In order to exercise the rights referred to in points. 1 and 2 can be exercised by sending an appropriate e-mail to: info@kozminskihub.com.
    4. The user has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.
    5. Providing data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for the purposes for which they will be collected.
  5. COOKIES

    1. The Administrator’s website uses “cookies” files. They are used to adjust the website to the User’s needs. They are also used for statistical purposes. The website uses performance cookies, i.e. cookies used to collect information on how to use the website, and functional cookies that allow remembering user settings, e.g. as regards preferred language.     2. The Administrator provides appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically.
